The turn out was great on what was, after all, a cold mid-week evening in downtown Market Harborough.

We played the usual two storming sets, finishing as always with ‘Won’t Get Fooled Again’ & ‘Black Night’. But then as encores we reprised ‘Gimme Some Loving’ , finally ending on a high note with ‘Mustang Sally’ - a song we do when the audience is ‘up for it’ - and ready to help on the classic chorus: ‘Ride Sally Ride’!!!

We got nothing but positive comments from the audience afterwards. We made a few contacts which should lead to future gigs. A bonus was meeting the Leicester City FC legend Steve Walsh who was in town for the afternoon but decided to stay for the whole gig. He loved the band and the friendly reception from the locals - though he maybe wasn’t so impressed by the standard of the pool playing of some of our fans!
