The London Trader is ‘the’ music venue in
Hastings - so they said!

We played our most raunchy rock set and set the place alight - though the number of punters was not great. Next door at the Royal Standard (‘tomorrow’s venue’) was an Elvis tribute act - not very good (in fact the management said really crap) and no alternative attraction!

After the gig Tony managed to lose the van keys for more than half an hour; as we finally drove back to base we saw a female body in the road - of course we did the right thing and assisted (she was only very pissed!) but the police were soon on the scene so we made ourselves scarce as they arrived!

We decided we needed a few drinks .....
